- clean, inspect the bearings (replace if necessary), regrease
turning of the outer Diameter
- check of the levelling rolls drive gear, cleaning, checking,
- revision of 13 Cardan shafts
dismantling, cleaning, regrease, mounting
work up 11 piece straightening rolls
check for run-in points, hardness and diameter,
resurfacing via fine grinding
- repainting the entire machine
- replacement of defective oil seals and gaskets, replacing the bearings if necessary
- check of the pre-transmission
